iServe+ is operated from Erbil, Iraq. Iraqi data protection law applies to how we handle your information.

A. Booking a Clarity Session

When you book a free Clarity Session through our website, we collect:

• Your name
• Your restaurant name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• An optional description of your current challenge

This information is used solely to confirm your booking, send you session details, and prepare for your consultation. It is not shared with third parties.

B. Menu Analysis Request (Quiz)

When you complete our self-assessment quiz and request a free menu analysis, we collect:

• Your restaurant name
• Your email address
• An optional link to your existing menu or QR code
• Your quiz responses (anonymous operational indicators — no personal data)

This information is used to prepare and deliver your personalised menu analysis report. Your email address is used to send you the report. It is not added to a marketing list without your explicit consent.

C. Smart Menu System Analytics

The iServe+ Smart Menu collects anonymous behavioral data about how customers interact with the menu. This includes:

• Which menu items were viewed
• How long items were viewed
• Which items were added to an order
• View-to-order conversion rates per item
• Session time and navigation patterns

This data is collected at the session level and is not linked to any individual customer. No names, phone numbers, or personal identifiers are collected through the Smart Menu system.

This anonymous behavioral data is used to generate performance reports for the restaurant and to continuously improve the recommendation and behavioral architecture of the Smart Menu platform. Our AI model uses aggregated, anonymised data across all participating restaurants to make its insights more precise and tailored — without sharing any individual restaurant's data with others.

D. Website Usage

We use the following third-party analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website:

• Google Analytics 4 — Collects anonymous usage data including pages visited, time spent on each page, traffic source (how you found us), general geographic location, device type, and browser information. This data is processed by Google under their data processing terms.
• Microsoft Clarity — Records anonymous session replays and generates heatmaps showing how visitors interact with each page, including clicks, scroll depth, and navigation patterns. Session recordings do not capture text you type into form fields. This data is processed by Microsoft under their data processing terms.

Neither tool collects personal identifiers such as your name, email address, or phone number. Both tools use cookies to distinguish between unique visits — see Section 7 for details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes only:

• To confirm and manage your Clarity Session booking
• To deliver your free menu analysis report
• To send you session reminders and follow-up findings
• To generate operational performance reports for your restaurant (Smart Menu clients)
• To improve the accuracy and relevance of our AI-powered recommendations
• To respond to enquiries you send us directly

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose not listed above.

3. Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Google Workspace — We use Google Calendar and Gmail to manage session bookings and send confirmation emails. Your booking details are stored in our Google Calendar and you will receive an automated email through Gmail.
• Google (Analytics) — We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous website usage data. Google processes this data on our behalf under their data processing agreement. Google does not receive personal data for its own use.
• Microsoft (Clarity) — We use Microsoft Clarity to record anonymous session replays and heatmaps. Microsoft processes this data on our behalf under their data processing terms. Microsoft does not receive personal data for its own use.
• Legal requirements — We may disclose information if required to do so by Iraqi law or a valid legal process.

4. How Long We Keep Your Information

• Booking data — Kept for 12 months after your session date, then deleted.
• Menu analysis requests — Kept for 6 months after the report is delivered, then deleted.
• Smart Menu analytics — Anonymous behavioral data is retained indefinitely to improve the platform. It contains no personal identifiers.
• Email correspondence — Kept for as long as the business relationship is active, then deleted within 24 months of last contact.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Withdraw consent for us to contact you at any time

6. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Booking data is stored within Google Workspace, which operates under Google's enterprise security standards. We do not store payment card information.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we use appropriate safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies

Our website uses cookies for analytical purposes only. The following tools set cookies when you visit our site:

• Google Analytics 4 — Sets cookies (including _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish unique visitors and track session activity. These cookies expire after 2 years and 24 hours respectively.
• Microsoft Clarity — Sets cookies (including _clck and _clsk) to support session replay and heatmap functionality. These cookies expire after 1 year and 1 day respectively.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels for marketing purposes.
