These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and iServe+ ("we", "us", "our"), operated from Erbil, Iraq. Iraqi law governs these Terms and any dispute arising from them.
iServe+ provides the following services:
A complimentary 45-minute operational assessment session. This session is provided at no cost and with no obligation to engage further services. At the end of the session, we provide written findings based on the information you share with us during the session.
The Clarity Session is an assessment — not a guarantee of outcome. Findings are based on information provided by you during the session and represent our professional assessment, not a binding financial forecast.
Upon completing our self-assessment quiz and providing your contact details, we offer a complimentary written menu analysis based on the information submitted. This analysis is provided as a professional assessment only. Results may vary depending on the completeness and accuracy of information provided.
Paid engagements covering restaurant operations advisory across three tracks: New Restaurant Setup, Restaurant Recovery, and Margin Growth Advisory. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for consultancy engagements are agreed in writing before work begins. These Terms apply alongside any separate engagement agreement.
A subscription-based behavioral QR menu platform. Specific terms governing the Smart Menu subscription — including pricing, billing cycles, data handling, and cancellation — are provided at the point of subscription and form part of a separate Smart Menu Service Agreement. Those terms supplement these Terms.
Corporate, institutional, and event catering services. Specific terms for catering engagements are agreed in a separate catering proposal and service agreement for each engagement.

When you book a Clarity Session, you are reserving one of our limited monthly slots. We ask that you:
We reserve the right to release your slot and offer it to another party if you do not attend without notice. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in future booking requests being declined.
Cancellation terms for paid consultancy engagements are specified in the individual engagement agreement. In the absence of a specific agreement, the following applies: cancellations made more than 7 days before a scheduled engagement start date are entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable.
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, methodology descriptions, and analytical frameworks — is the property of iServe+ and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
The written findings, reports, and analysis we provide to you as part of our services are for your use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish them without our written consent.
The Smart Menu system, its behavioral architecture, and its underlying technology are proprietary to iServe+. Clients receive a licence to use the system during their subscription period. This licence does not transfer ownership.
The quality of our assessments, analyses, and recommendations depends on the accuracy of information you provide to us. We are not liable for outcomes that result from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the client.
Content on this website — including statistics, averages, and case-based estimates — is based on our professional experience and audit engagements. It is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of specific results for your restaurant.
To the maximum extent permitted by Iraqi law, iServe+ shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to iServe+ in the three months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Iraqi law.
We treat all information you share with us during consultancy engagements — including financial data, operational data, and business strategy — as strictly confidential. We will not disclose this information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
We ask that you treat our methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary tools shared during an engagement as confidential to iServe+.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq.
We will always attempt to resolve disputes informally first. If you have a concern, please contact us directly before initiating any formal process.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
For material changes affecting paid service clients, we will provide at least 30 days notice by email.
